Technology in class

Children today are already interested, engaged, and well-familiar with using technology in their daily lives. This creates many opportunities to integrate technology, such as virtual reality and tablets in class. At Curro, we use cutting-edge technology in our enhanced curriculum. Our schools provide learners with 21st-century skills through our commitment to quality education

Tablets in class

At Curro, our schools often provide learners with 21st-century skills by using tablets in class. Rather than heavy textbooks or notebooks, learners receive their study material in the form of e-books. Alternatively, they use tablets in class for research or as a supplementary resource to our enhanced curriculum and teaching experience.

Robotics and droning

Robotics and droning involve various 21st-century skills, such as programming, coding and automation skills. Through our commitment to quality education, our learners benefit from Robotics as a subject or as an extramural activity. Through this programme, learners at Curro develop the important skills and knowledge to operate in the ever-expanding world of automation and coding.

Virtual reality

Several of our schools incorporate virtual reality (VR) in our enhanced curriculum. VR is the use of computer technology to create a simulated environment. As part of our commitment to quality education, we use the VictoryCR curriculum and Oculus Rift hardware, while some schools incorporate the programmes into other subjects as well.

Microsoft partner schools

Some of our schools are Microsoft partner schools, which incorporates the Microsoft 365 programme and its educational platform in class as a core part of the learning programme. This approach involves document cameras, SMARTboards in class, and using tablets, laptops, or other electronic devices in the learning process. Also, once learners are onboarded, they have full access to the school’s Wi-Fi.
